LIABILITY WAIVER
In order to be allowed to participate in basketball events organized by BG Sports Limited and BG League Limited, including but not limited to basketball games and training, I, [Name of participant], acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
I acknowledge that playing basketball involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or death. I understand and accept these risks and assume all responsibility for any injury or harm that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the basketball events.
I acknowledge and confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the basketball events, and that I have no medical conditions that would prevent me from doing so. I agree to inform the organizers of the events immediately if I become aware of any medical or other condition that may affect my ability to participate.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the basketball events, and to follow the instructions of the competition organizers and referees.
I acknowledge and agree that the organizers of the basketball events, as well as any sponsors, volunteers, or other persons associated with the events, shall not be liable for any injury or harm that I may suffer as a result of my participation.
I agree to waive, release, and discharge the organizers of the basketball events, as well as any sponsors, volunteers, or other persons associated with the events, from any and all liability for any injury, death, or other harm that may occur as a result of my participation, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise.
If I am under 18 years of age, I confirm that I have obtained permission from my parent or legal guardian to participate in the basketball events, and that my parent or legal guardian has read and understood this liability waiver.
This agreement shall be binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
